Project Progress Reporting: Track the overall progress of a project against its predefined plan using high-level key metrics to promote transparency, facilitate informed decision-making, and enable timely course correction.
Observation Reports: Capture specific observations made during site visits, inspections, or ongoing project activities to facilitate proactive risk mitigation and ensure quality control.
Project Controls: Detailed management and review of cost and schedule, by using earned value management and critical path analysis, to ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.

Ongoing Project Reporting: Track the overall progress and specific KPIs of a project against baseline plan and report to our client at regular intervals. SLS will capture specific data and performance metrics, provide custom formatted reports, and consult with our clients in order to facilitate informed and timely decisions.
Observation Reports: Conduct physical site walks at regular intervals focusing on schedule, work sequencing, quality, and safety observations. This information will be captured in a written report with photos along with any comments as to correcting nonconforming work, deviations from baseline schedule, etc.
Project Controls: Detailed management and review of cost and schedule, by using earned value management and critical path analysis, to determine project performance as measured by defined criteria (ie. scope, schedule, cost).
